Hello, World!

Woo hoo! Hang on, y'all, ready or not, here we go...I have been inspired by my dear friends, Margaret and Sally -- whose blogs are AMAZING!-- to give this a try. I don't do Facebook (although my spouse does...) so I'm behind the times, to be sure. I thought about waiting & launching a blog in 2011, but if you know me, you know that I'm a bit short on patience & more than a bit impulsive...so here goes! As soon as I figure out how to post photos from my phone I'll put up some of our holiday favorites. Christmas truly was grand! Meanwhile, here's the inaugural ALG! post from the road.
